Sebo Repairs, Spares & Sales in Bury and Heywood
I’ll be writing a number of posts all about easy-peasy painting ideas, tips, techniques, and just generally being your DIY cheerleader as usual, but this time I’m also TAKING MY SHOW ON THE ROAD!.
I was thinking that surely they must have some kind of amazingly brilliant explanation for why we shouldn’t make my book beautiful and photo-filled, and as soon as I heard it, I would completely understand. But of course, that was not the case.
Why is it that these phone calls always catch me so off guard?.It turns out that the only real thinking was that there had been another book, also about cleaning, that was in that same smaller format and it didn’t have pictures, and it was available at that lower price point and it had done quite well, so they were really just toying with the idea that maybe that was what readers would respond well to.And also they were thinking “How do you really.
cleaning and homekeeping techniques in a photo anyway?” For some reason that last thought really struck a nerve with me, maybe because that’s what I. do.here on this blog, you know, pretty much all the time.
And so I insisted there be photos.
I insisted that beautiful shots of clean imagery, and tidy spaces for inspiration were.If you’re updating a powder room that will mostly be used by guests once a week or so, you may end up feeling pretty silly in a few months time if you spent $1000 on a faucet that has barely had the chance to accumulate a single water spot.
Chances are, most of your guests really won’t be spending too much time pondering just how much that faucet they’re using to wash their hands cost you.🙂 If this is your main bathroom though, that everyone in your home will be using several times a day, you will probably end up getting a lot of enjoyment and value from getting the absolute finest that your budget will allow.. Look at pretty pictures!.
I can never overstate the importance of doing your research by spending as much time as you need with a cup of hot cocoa looking over pretty pictures on your favorite blogs and on Pinterest.🙂 You will learn so much about what you love and don’t love, and what types of features might really be useful to you in your own bathroom, that it’s worth it to invest the time.
